You can visit our main location Tuesday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM CST.
Our online store is always open though so you can place orders or submit inquiries through our website.

Yes, if you do not see something on the site, chances are it is already on the way or we can get it! This includes products and also specialty thread colors. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Yes, If we can hoop - it we can stitch it! Please email at hello@nottinghamembroidery.com us with a picture of your item(s) and we will chat through options.
Shipping + Local Pickup
We currently offer shipping to the US and Canada. All rates are calculated by USPS.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@nottinghamembroidery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Our current processing time is typically 2-3 weeks, however, we are happy to help if you have a more urgent need - just ask! Please note, this does not include shipping time, but you may select expedited shipping upon checkout if needed.
Yes, local pickup is available at our new location in Chesterton, IN. Please select local pick up when in the checkout process and information will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of personalized goods, all sales on items are final. We ask that you please make sure to carefully proofread all spelling and order details before checking out.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nottinghamembroidery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
