How can I order custom embroidery?

How should I care for my embroidered items?
We recommend turning your garments inside out to protect the stitching. Follow the washing and drying instructions on the tag from the manufacturer.
How soon will I receive my order?
Our current turnaround time is typically two weeks, however, we are happy to help if you have a more urgent need - just ask! Please note, this does not include shipping time, but you may select expedited shipping upon checkout if needed.
Do you offer items other than what is listed on the website?
Yes, if you do not see something on the site, chances are it is already on the way or we can get it! This includes products and also specialty thread colors. Please donāt hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Do you embroider personal items?
Yes, If we can hoop - it we can stitch it! Please email at nottinghamembroidery@gmail.com us with a picture of your item(s) and we will chat through options.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of personalized goods, all sales on items are final. We ask that you please make sure to carefully proofread all spelling and order details before checking out.Ā
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local porch pickup is available at our new location in Chesterton, IN. Please select local pick up when in the checkout process and information will be emailed to you when your order is completed.
